Al Khoory Atrium Hotel in Al Barsha is re-launching one of its most popular eateries, the Spices Restaurant’s, with a brand-new curated menu dedicated to authentic Indian dishes. The restaurant will offer a range of dishes to whet the appetite, from famous Indian delicacies, including sweet and savoury street snacks, to aromatic curries and dum biryanis to create a true sense of India.

The new menu will highlight the regional diversity of cuisine from India, with dishes including Murgh Malai Tikka, Awadhi Murgh Biriyani, Bharwa Khumb, and delectable chaat such as Dahi Batata Puri from the North, and a range of spicy main courses centred around rice or rice-based dishes representative of the South.
